Stamford Pricing System (SPS) is a specialized tool for creating and managing customer agreements in complex B2B environments. SPS integrates with your existing ERP system and lets you manage prices, contracts, and discount structures through an intuitive interface — with automatic synchronization back to your ERP. Delivered as a cloud service (SaaS), it works in any browser and is fully GDPR-compliant with data storage within the EU.

Contract Management Create and edit customer agreements based on standardized or custom price lists, combined with complex discount structures. Agreements can be defined at product level using cost-plus markups, list price discounts, or target contribution margins. Base agreements are set up for customer groups and then fine-tuned individually per customer. All changes are automatically updated in your ERP.

Simulation & Decision Support Before finalizing an agreement for a customer, SPS simulates the financial impact based on that customer’s historical sales data. When a purchase price changes, you can model the consequences for your business and make well-informed decisions about how to respond across your customer agreements.
