Moreover, we also undertake management assignments for shorter or longer periods and develop entirely new solutions when needed.

Our missions often involve reviewing and streamlining a delivery chain or flow of services and information when the customer faces new challenges or simply wants to make their process more sustainable in the long term. This may involve campaign management, pricing, ordering, or entry systems, where our data models are used in combination with user-friendly interfaces.

Adaptable Products
Several solutions we have developed for previous clients can now be offered as standalone systems to others. Either directly as they are “off the shelf” or as the basis for a new solution, where we build on the system’s core idea and develop it further to fit each customer’s specific needs. Depending on the customer’s preference, the operation of the finished system can be hosted either with us at Stamford or with the customer. We also provide support to customers who choose to manage it themselves.

Consulting Services
In addition to delivering system solutions and associated support, we also take on consulting assignments. Our consultants combine industry-specific expertise with deep technical knowledge in their respective specialities, allowing them to efficiently assist you with your challenges.
During the assignment, consultants may be located either at our offices or at your location, depending on the situation. We have many years of experience in remote management, enabling us to optimize the combined expertise of our employees and adapt when needed.
