WORKING AT STAMFORD

Welcome to a workplace where helping each other and collaborating with one another is simply how we do things.

We want you as an employee to grow and develop in your work, which means you’ll have the chance to take on real ownership and advance in your professional role. We believe in diversity and always aim for a good mix in our teams when it comes to different personalities, backgrounds, ages, and genders.

“Work-life balance” might sound like a cliché, but for us it genuinely matters that both you and your family are doing well — and that means life needs the right balance of work and time off. Stimulating work, continuous professional development, the option to work hybrid or remotely, the chance to learn about different industries, and — last but not least — a great sense of community with both colleagues and clients. That’s Stamford.

What our employees say

WE WANT YOU FOR AN INTERNSHIP AT STAMFORD

Are you a student looking for an internship?

At Stamford, we believe good ideas are born in collaboration, which is why we work with several industry organizations and universities. Among others, we collaborate with two departments at Karlstad University: the School of Business (informatics and CTF, the Service Research Center) and the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. The partnership includes mentoring students, hosting study visits, and giving guest lectures. We are also members of the Compare foundation and SNITS (Business and IT Students Collaboration), a collaboration group for IT programs at Karlstad University. Through SNITS, students get the opportunity to build strong relationships with us and other companies while they’re still studying.

Within our student program, we’re looking for students studying computer science or programming who are interested in doing their thesis project or an internship with us.
